2. Sensor installation and fixing
The sensor can be fixed in two ways: PCB and disc mounting
2.1 PCB installation method
Generally, the measurement signal of the primary side of the PCB-mounted sensor is relatively small.
The output end of the sensor adopts the pin or SMD method, and the welding can be carried out according to the welding process of the general device. Since some sensors are not filled with glue, try to avoid cleaning.
2.2 Disc installation method
Generally, the measurement signal of the primary side of the disc-mounted sensor is relatively large, and the volume is relatively large.
In the specifications of the sensor, the spacing and diameter of the mounting holes are provided, and the screw size and tightening torque used for each mounting hole will be clarified at the same time. The recommended torque is verified and evaluated by the design engineer. When installing, you must strictly follow the recommended torque in the specification, otherwise it will easily cause the shell to crack. Especially for the glue sensor, once the shell is broken, it cannot be repaired, which will bring economic losses and troubles to the construction.
