The pressure relay can sense the pressure of the system and send a switch signal. When the pressure is reached, the normally open contact closes and the normally closed contact opens. We can use it programmatically. But in actual use, we will encounter some problems.
First of all, there is a problem with the quality of the selected product, which is mainly reflected in the following aspects
1. The action is not sensitive, and there is no signal output when the pressure is reached. It's a manufacturing problem, the servo piston and u-seal are too tight, and they were not tested when they left the factory.
2. Send a message before the pressure is reached. assembly problem. The micro switch in the pressure relay is not installed properly.
3. The product is not durable, and the pressure relay will not operate after a few clicks. The manufacturer has no conscience and uses a very poor microswitch.
4. Oil leakage. If the sealing ring is not selected properly, the processing is too poor.
The points listed above are all supplier's problems. If the user has problems, the pressure relay will not work.
1. There is no output signal: the small hole of the pressure measurement is blocked by the raw material tape, and the assembler is not careful.
2. Inaccurate pressure measurement: The phenomenon is that the relay sends a signal before the pressure gauge indicates the pressure. In fact, pressure relays will act faster than pressure gauges, especially oil-filled shock-resistant pressure gauges. So maybe the pressure gauge has only reached 10M, and the pressure relay is already 20M.
1. The pressure relay
is insensitive and difficult to adjust: the pressure range is not selected correctly. Because the spring is not linear, the pressure relay is generally divided into pressure levels. It is best to choose the appropriate pressure level. For example: to send a message at 35kgf/cm, JCS-02-NL should be used, and the pressure measurement range is from 5 to 70kgf/cm. If you use JCS-02N, you will feel that it is not easy to use.
2. The pressure dropped, and the normally closed contact of the relay did not re-close. This is because the pressure relay has a problem of hysteresis, which is related to the technological level of the manufacturer. At the same time, it has a lot to do with the structure of the pressure relay. At present, the hysteresis of the Taiwan JCS-02 structure is basically maintained at about 15kgf/cm, which is relatively stable. Other imitations are more difficult to say. At the same time, because the JCS-02 is not very reasonable in the organization, it is determined that its performance cannot be too excellent. Now the new PS series is based on the German patented structure and has a qualitative leap in action sensitivity and stability. Especially in the low-pressure section, that is, in the range of 0~50kgf/cm. The advantage of agility is obvious.
